Governor, from time to time, as to! shall seem meet, by Proclamation, to clare any House, Building, Enclosure Place, to be a Public Gaol; and from after the publication of any such Prock mation, such House, Building, Enclosun, Place, shall be deemed and taken tok Public Gaol.” And whereas, it is desirable that!
