THE Ninth Anniversary of the above Institution will be celebrated on the 2d proximo, in the Hall of the Institute by a Soiree. His Honor Mr. Justice Chapman, President of the Institution, will preside. In the course of the evening Addresses will be delivered by several gentlemen, and various favourite Glees and Pieces of Music will be introduced.
