Turkey.

Advices bad been received from Constantinople of the 26th ultimo. The Austrian Internuncio had not officially resumed diplomatic relations with the Forte. The conduct of the Austrian Government and of its agent in Turkey furnishes every day additional proof of the truth of the charges brought against it, of complicity in the plot for the assassination of the Hungarian refugees. The commissioner named by Austria to proceed to Shomla to superintend the deportation of the refugees is Tamatzi, the man who is accused of having been one of the principals in the conspiracy for the assassination of Kossuth. The Breslau Gazette publishes a letter from Shomla, which states that the Turkish authorities had commenced a severe investigation in the charges against Josmogyl, a functionary of the Austrian Government, of having bribed a band of men to assassinate Kossuth, Bern, and Dembinski. The Vienna journals announce that the Hungarian refugees were, on the 16th ultimo, sent from Shomla to the Asiatic provinces of Turkey. The cold at Constantinople was intense, and many persons had been frozen to death.
