Sir, — Will you be good enough to insert the fact I here announce to you, which surpasses all my experience. Mr. Chapmanj the Judge, Mr. Fox, the Principal Agent of the New Zealand Company, and Mr. Woodliouse, whilst they acknowledge my courtesy to them, absolutely refuse to pay for their passage. 1 must feed, and my family also, upon their empty compliments.
