New Zealand Spectator, AND COOK'S STRAIT GUARDIAN. Wednesday, June 5, 1850.

The Sydney papers contain Mr. Godley's letter to Mr. Gladstone on colonial reform, originally published in the Morning Chronicle, Dec. 20 ; we have republished it entire, since we are persuaded that it will be read with considerable interest in New Zealand.
