Xn the Supreme.^Goutt of New Zealand, ' Between Edwik Abbott *nd Edwin Morton Abbott, Plaintiffs, and James Smith and John Howard Wallace, Defendants. BY VIRTUE of a Writ of Execution issued out of the Supreme Court of New Zealand against the Goods and Chattels of the above-named Defendants, the Sheriff will cause to be sold by Public Auction, on WEDNESDAY, the 27th day of March instant, (unless the said Execution be previously stayed,) at Eleven o'clock precisely, on the premises, situate on Wellington Terrace — in the occupation of one of the above-named Defendants — the whole of the Goods and Chattels therein contained, together with the interest ! of the said Defendant of and in the unexpired term of years of the said premises on Vi ellington Terrace, aforesaid: And at Two a'clock <of the -same day, on the premises situate in Boulcott-street — in the occupation of the other o£ the above-named Defendants — the whole of tbe Goods and Chattels therein contained: And at Four o'clock of the same day, on the .^premises situate on Lambton Quay — in the occupation of the said Defendants — all and sundry the Goods and Chattels therein contained, the property of the said Defendants.
