The Races will commence on Burnham Water Course as follows :— On Wednesday, January 23, 1850. To start at half-past Eleven. In all Races (where not above enumerated) three horses to start or the public money will not be given. There will&e a distance post. In all races Mares and Geldings allowed 3 lbs., thorough-bred horses to carry 7 lbs. extra. AH disputet to be settled by the Stewards, and their decision to be final — and the. above Races to be under the rules of the Wellington Jockey Club. Thirty, minutes between the heats. - A hell will be rung at the end of twenty minutes for saddling, and the start will take place punctually at the half hour. Weights atid Scales will be provided. All dogs running at large on the Course wilt be destroyed. Parties wishing to erect booths must do so under directions of the Clerk of the' Course. Fee £2 2s. All Entrances to be made from half-past 7, to close at 9 o'clock on WEDNESDAY Evening, the 16th January Current, at Barrett's Hotel.
