MARSHALL begs leave to inform i!tjL the inhabitants of Wellington, the Hutt, Porirua, and Taranaki, that he intends opening, on the Ist of January, 1850, a BOARDING SCHOOL, for young Gentlemen. Mr. M., with a view to the above, has taken a house and grounds in Hawkestone-street, Wellington, where he is making considerable additions and alterations, and expects to have them all finish ed by the end of the year. The course of instruction will embrace a sound English Education, including Book-keeping by double entry, Geometry, the elements of Land Surveying and Mapping, together with Drawing and Painting in oil and water colors. Also — French, German, and Latin. Religious and moral improvement will bevsedulously attended to, and gentleman-like deportment and honorable bearing strictly enforced. Terms —30 guineas per annum. Prospectuses with drawings of the house may be had on application to Mr. Marshall, Hawkestone-street, Wellington. November 21, 1849.
