MR. WAITTT, has received instructions from the Proprietor to sell hy Public Auction, at Custom House Buildings, on Monday the 22nd instant, at one o'clock. The Valuable Town Acre on Te Aro Flat, No. 219, in the Plan of the Town, with water frontage, the deepest and most convenient for wharfage and with a constant stream of fresh ■water running through if. A Plan of the Acre divided into Lots to suit the Purchasers may be seen at the office of the Auctioneer. Also, * The Counting Houses and Stores occupied hy Mr. Robt. Waitt, Mr. J. M.
