The Valuable Town Acre on Te Aro Flat, No. 219, in the Plan of the Town, with water frontage, the deepest and most convenient for wharfage and with a constant stream of fresh water Tunning through if. A Plan of the Acre divided into Lots to suit the Purchasers may be seen at the office of the Auctioneer.
