Sir, — When the first Resolution of the Settlers' Constitutional Association at their last reported meeting was carried, there was about forty persons present. I was prevented from proposing to join the Association by that Resolution, the first written evidence offered me of the Association's principles. I am, Sir, Your obedient servant, A Fool for his Pains.
