Important Unreserved Sale of Freehold Properties in Town and Country.

MR. WAITT has received Instructions to sell by\Public Auction, positively without Reserve, on Friday next, the 7th instant, at Custom House Buildings, at One o'clock, the following very important Properties, viz :—: — Lot 1. A piece of land, situated in Herbertstreet, Te Aro, containing a frontage of 40 feet to Herbert street, with a substantial weather boarded house erected thereon, and lately occupied by Mr. W.
