THE IMPROVED VENTILATOR is guaranteed to admit of perfect ventilation, while at the same time it is perfectly V aterproof; and from the construction of the Ventilator, that part of the Hat will he found as solid and durable as any other, an advantage to the wearer, it is submitted, not to be found in any other description of Ventilated Hats ! the ventilating parts of which are ordinarily composed of very slight matetials, which, while they afford but an incomplete ventilation, must sacrifice the durability of the hats to their fragility.
