Denmark And The Duchies.
The Kolner Zeitung has a letter from Berlin of the 16th instant, stating that the news of the prolongation of the armistice with Denmark is being confirmed on all sides. The Deutsch Reform asserts that all the chances are for a speedy conclusion of a peace, and that Lord Palmerston has of late carried on the negotiation with more than his usual energy, and entered a solemn protest agaiust the renewal of hostilities.
