A SPECIAL General Meeting of the Members and Friends of the above Institute will be held at (the New) Barrett's Hotel, on Wednesday Evening next, the 11th inst., at 7 o'clock, for the suppose of considering the propriety of altering the name of the Institute to " The Wellington A thenseum and Mechanics' Institute.
