Auckland Shipping. H. S. Ship Havannah, Captain Erskine, came iato harbour on Thursday, June 7th, after a passage of thirteen days, having sailed on the 25th ultimo. Captain Jenner came a passenger in the frigate, which will sail for the Navigator Islands about the 17th instant. H. M. Ship Fly, Commander Oliver, arrived at Sydney, from Nelson, on the 14th ultimo, where she was likely to go on the patent slip, to ascertain what damage (if any) she had sustained by touching the ground at Mercury Bay. H. M. Ship Calliope, after remaining at Rio de Janeiro for several^weeks, sailed from thence in the early part of November, and arrived, all well, at Devonport, on the 26th December. We feel confident that it will afford unfeigned pleasure, not merely to our readers, but to every colonist oi New Zealand, to learn that their old favourite and friend, Captain Edward Stanley, was about to be rewarded with the Companionship of the Bath ; and that his dauntless First Lieut. Edward Holmes, was likely to be promoted. The Ship Berhampore may be immediately expected. She brings pensioners, not emigrants, there being no emigration funds available for New Zealand. We have heard that Lieutenant John Jermyn Symbnds comes out in command of the division on board of this ship.

English Shipping. -H. M. Ship Dido, eighty-one days only from Auckland, arriTcd at Portsmouth on the 23rd January, being the quickest passage on record. TheJSmprw, (P.0.P.) was to sail for Sydney on the Ist March. - The Chdr.tley Cattle, 382 tons, was to be the February Post office packet for Sydney.

On the 17th Jane, at Porirua, the wife of Mr. Wm. Couper, of a daughter. On the 30th June, at Te Aro, the wife of Mr. Joseph Diion, of a son.
