RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT. Wellington, 18th June,lB49.

Before Henry St. Hill, Esq., R. M. Duncan Frazer, licensed victualler, was charged on the information of Nicholas Oxenham, with having supplied liquors and suffered the same to be drunk on the premises, between the hours of 10 o'clock of the night of the t3th and 6 o'clock of the morning of the 14tli instant, contrary to the provisions of the Licensing Ordinance. The defendant pleaded Guilty, and was fined Forty Shillings.
