NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Redistribution of the Accommodation Sections in the settlement of Nelson, pursuant to the scheme of adjustment, will take place on Monday, the 7th of May next, at the Survey Qffice, Trafalgar Square. Proprietors intending to avail themselves of the Redistribution, will he required to bring their Land Order, and the agents of Proprietors their powers of attorney or other authority enabling them to act, together with any leases, agreements to lease, or other documents relating to the sections relinquished, and which, as i in any manner limiting the rights of ownership, may concern parties intending to select such sections. Upon the completion by the Company's Surveyor of the alterations contemplated in the plan of the lands to be offered for reselection, such plan or plans will be lodged at the Survey Office for the inspection of Proprietors until, if possible, the day of selection.
