WELLINGTON SAVINGS BANK. THE TRUSTEES of the above Institution "fierebydeclare that, after careful examination into the proceedings of the adjourned general meeting of Managers held at Barrett's Hotel on the 20th ult., as recorded in the Secretary's book, and into all the circumstances of that meeting, it is their opinion that that meeting did not separate without electing a Superintending Committee, but that the Committee, a list of whose names appears in the said book, was duly elected for the current year, and the Trustees therefore - request the Secretary to make known this decision to the requisitionists, an^. to k publish the same in the local papers.
