At the very time the Diet was making a grant of Hungarian military to act in the war against Italy* a letter gwas received in Pesth. from the Provisional Government of Milan, apologising for the recontre of the Italian regiment regiment Cecossiere with the volunteers in the Palais dcs Invalides, at this place, and assuring the Hungarian nation of the heartfelt sympathy of the Illyrians. ' The commandant of Peterwardein, Field- • Marshal Lieutenant Yon Habrousky, who has now been appointed commandant of Hungary, was, on the 15th of this month, declared at Agram to be a traitor, and amenable to martial law. — Breslau Gazette, July 29.
