Fidal had been appointed Minister for Foreign affairs, and M. Vl on to the Financial Department. The Duke le Sotomayor had resigned, and would be lamed Ambassador to Paris. Letters from the Frontiers of Catalonia, iddressed to the International of Bayonne, ;tate that Cabrera and his band were so ilosely pursued by the Queen's troops that hey had been obliged to divide into groups of rom 25 to 30, and even to 10. The letters dd that Cabrera complains bitterly of having ieen deceived into the belief that from 5,000 to 20,000 were ready to join him, diich alone induced him to re-enter Caialo-
