Have receired Instructions from Mr. David Scott, To Sell Without Reserve, At their Stores, Lambton Quay, On Wednesday, the 6th Deck., next :—: — THAT Valuable Allotment^ Land situated at Kumu Toto, in Lambton Quay, lately* occupied by Mr. Gra'ee, having a frontage of 40 feet by depth of 90 (more or less), well" suited for Stores or other commercial purposes from its well known central position, being originally, selected as one of the best sites in Wellington. TEBMB Deposit of twenty-five per cent/approved endorsed acceptances at three and six months' date. TITLE, CROWN GRANT. -—After which, the Brick building- as it-now stands, consisting of: — Bricks, Slates, Doors, Windows, and inside Fittings complete.
