XJIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVER- ** NOR-IN-CHIEF has been pleased to direct it to be notified that the sum of one Penny will no longer be charged upon Newspapers either received in, or despatched from this Colony, or transmitted by Post within it, but will be free of all charge. By His Excellency's Command, Alfred Domett, Colonial Secretary.
