Public Sale of Valuable Freehold Property, and Warehouses. MR. R. WAITT, in terms of instructions from the Trustees of the late Firm of Messrs. Waitt & Tyser, will sell by Public Auction, at his Stores, Custom-house Buildings, on Wednesday, the 20th day of September next, at one o'clock, The following valuable Freehold Properties : Lot 1, Brick Building at present occupied as Ordnance Stores by H.M. Government, at a rent of £200 per annum. Lot 2, Warehouse and Counting House at pre- * sent occupied by Mr R. Waitt, at a rent of £40. - Lot 3, Warehouse and Counting House at present occupied by Mr. P. M. Hervey, at a rent of £30. Jjot 4, 5, 6, Premises occupied by Mr. J. M. Taylor, Mr. Thos.
