Government, at a rent of £200 per annum. Lot 2, Warehouse and Counting House at present occupied by Mr R. Waitt, at a rent of £40. Lot 3, Warehouse and Counting House at present occupied by Mr. P. M. Hervey, at a rent of £30. Lot 4, 5, 6, Premises occupied by Mr. J. M. Taylor, Mr. Thos. Waters, and H. M. Post Office, at a rent of £80 per annum.
