Sydney Shiipping. The New Zealand Government Brier Victoria has been taken on the slip astern of the Shamrock, to undergo repairs. — 5. M.H , Augsust 7. The Schooner Amazon, 195 tons, Ho well, cleared out at Sydney, for the South Sea fishery, on the 4th August. The Barque Ralph Bernal, M'Laren, was laid on in Sydney for London direct. The Barque Brightman, arrived at Sydney on the sth August, after a quick passage of ten days.

English Shipping. The Hope, from New Zealand for London, put into Vigo, on the 14th March, in a crippled state and making much water. — -S. M. Herald. The Barque Cornelia, 500 tons, was to sail for Wellington and Auckland on the 10th April. The Barque Clara, 500 tons, Crow, was to sail for Auckland and Wellington on tbe Ist May. The Barque^ Blundell. 573 tons, (Company's ship) was to sail for OUkou, Wellington, Nelson, and New Plymouth, on the Ist May.
