TENDERS FOB THE BEACH BO AD.

npENDERS will be received, by the ComJ_ mittee for repairing the Beach Road, for 220 Totara Posts.

The Posts to be of split Totara, six inches square, and six feet six inches in length ; and to be subject to the approval of Mr. Park, the Surveyor of the Works. Tenders sealed and endorsed "Tenders for Totara Posts," to be sent to. the office of Mr. Park, Surveyor, on or before Saturday next, the

sth August. Tenders will be received, by the Committee for repairing the Beach Road, for making a footpath of the width of seven feet, from Mr. M'Beth's store, corner of Sydney and Mulgrave Streets, to the end of the Government Domain,

Kumutoto-street. Tenders, sealed and endorsed "Tenders for Footpath," to be sent, on or before Saturday next, the sth August, to the office of Mr. Park, Surveyor, where specifications of the works

may be seen and further particulars obtained. Tenders will be received, by the Committee for repairing the Beach Road, for Three Brick Barrel Drains across the roadway along LambTenders, sealed and endorsed " Tenders for Brick Drains," to be sent, on or before Saturday next, the sth Augusf, to the office of Mr. Park, Surveyor, where specifications may be seen and further particulars obtained.
