NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in consequence of the sittings of the Supreme Court taking place on the Ist of June, the selection of lands in the Porerua District advertised for that day is postpoi ed to tl c 2nd, when parties intending to select are requested to attend at the Company's Offices, at 11 o'clock, A.M. W. Wakefield, Principal Agent, New Zealand Company.

THE UNDERSIGNED have entered into arrangements for the importation of a Cargo of very superior COWS, HEIFERS, and S I EERS, to be carefully selected by a competent judge from the well known and justly celebratedherdsof the late Dr Beaumont. (Bow and arrow brai.d.) There will also be for sale from POO to 800 fine-woolled Maiden EWES, several excellent Draught and Saddle MARES, aud a few good PONIES. This shipment is expected to arrive within six weeks, and intending purchasers are requested to make early applicat on, as a considerable portion of the cargo is already sold Bethune & Hunter.
