Foreign vessel of war, Union Jack at Mast Head, with white Pendant. Government brig, white Pendant under descriptive Signal. When a vessel is at anchor, either inside or outside the rleads, the flag it lowered to half masC A vessel in distress, or on shore, descriptirt signal half mast.
