THE SURVEYS or the RURAL LANDS intended to be offered for selection in the Wairau Plain and Massacre Bay being now on the point of completion, the holders of Landorders are requested to make themselves acquainted with those districts before the day of selection, which will probably be fixed at about two months from this date. The reselectionofTown and Accommodation Lands will probably take place about the same time, of which more particular notice will be given. The Company's Agents having received instructions not to select on behalf of any purchaser, holders of Landorders not intending to act in person are requested to appoint private agents by a written authority.
