Second horse to save his stakes ; best of heats twice round the Course over hurdles, 3 feet 6 inches high : no distance, but every horse shall go twice round the course, taking all the leaps, or he will not be allowed to start for the second or following heats. The owner of such horse to bis a subscriber of £1 : 1 to the fund ; and any horse going over the hurdles previous to the race to be disqualified. No person will be allowed to enter more than one horse bonafide his property.

Hack Race. - Prize, j£20 — Entrances added. Conditions.

Catch weights ; three to start, or no race. Entrance, £1 : second horse to save his stakes ; best of heats twice round the course and a distance. The Owner of each horse to be a subscriber of at least ,10s. 6d. to the fund. — No horse entered for the Hurdle Race shall be allowed to enter for the Hack Race; and no person shall be allowed to enter more than one horse bonafide his property.
