Richard Barrett deceased. PROBATE of the Will of Richard Barrett, late of Taranake, Whaler, .deceased, having been granted to me the undersigned, I 'hereby request all persons having any business transactions with such Estate, to forward their communications to me at the office of Messrs. Ridgways, Hickson, & Co., on or before the 30th day of November next, before which date all persons indebted thereto are required to pay the amounts due. And for the purpose of facilitating the arrangement of all matters connected with the said Estate at Taranake, I have appointed Mr.Richard Brown of that place to act on my behalf, and have furnished him with full authority for such purpose.
