LECTURES.
A COURSE OF TEN LECTURES on the Evidences of Christianity and other kindred subjects will be delivered (if the Lord will) in the \Vesle3 r an Chapel, Manners-street, by the Independent, Wesleyan, and Presbyterian Ministers in Wellington. Lecture II will he delivered on Sabbath evening next, the 11th hist, by The Rev. Jakes Waticin. Subject. The Genuineness, Authenticity, and Inspiration of the Bible. Public Worship will commence at half-past Six o'clock. The other Lectures will follow weekly. Wellington, July 7th, 1847.

ANY Person or Persons purchasing Cattle or Sheep depasturing on Table Island, or better known by the name of the Island of Mana, in Cook's Strait, New Zealand; likewise cattle and sheep depasturing at Morraki, on the Middle Island ; or ihe produce from the same ; the principal part of the cattle branded J H : no sales or receipts alter this notice will be valid, wilhout my written authority.
