GOVERNMENT NOTICES. Secretary's Office, Wellington, 27th May, 1847. TENDERS. SEALED TENDERS, in Dttplicate, will be received at this office until Twelve o'clock of Thursday, the 3rd June next, from persons desirous of contracting for the erection of Two Bridges in the Hutt district. One over " McDonogh's Creek" and the other over the " Second River, " near Boulcott's Farm. The timber for the Bridges is cut, and most of it on the spot; the contract will therefore be for the labor and other necessary materials. Plans and Specifications may be seen on application at the Survey office, Wellington. ' Tenders to be endorsed " Tender* for Bridget in Hutt district." By command, S. E. Grimstone, Acting Secretary.
