WELLINGTON SAVINGS BANK.

We have great pleasure in printing the following quarterly statement of the accounts of the Wellington Savings Bank. By a comparison with the former quarter our readers will perceive that this Institution is gradually extending its sphere of usefulness, that the deposits are on the increase, and we are informed that the amounts withdrawn have heen generally spent in purchasing cattle or in making permanent investments. With the view of affording every facility to depositors, the rule which requires 14 days' notice previous to the withdrawal of deposits has hitherto not been enforced.

Wellington Savings Bank. — Mr. Mocatta, Mr. Northwood, Mr. Perry, and Capt. Sharp, the Managers in rotation, will attend to receive deposits at Messrs. Johnson & Moore's store, from seven to eight o'clock on Saturday evening, the 10th April, 1847, and at the Union Bank of Australia, from twelve to one o'clock on Monday forenoon, the 12th April.

With reference to the advertisement which appeared ' in our paper of the 7th instant, relative to the estate o£ Messrs. Fraser, we are requested to mention that all matters relating thereto have been finally arranged.
