Mr.
WILL SELL BY AUCTION, AT HIS MART,
ON WEDNESDAY, 14th APRIL,
At One o'clock precisely, Q/V ACRES OF VERY SUPERIOR Wv LAND, delightfully situated in the fertile Valley of the Hutt, being the centre portion of Section No. 95 on the Company's Plan of the Upper Hutt. The whole section presents a frontage to the New Road of about 50 chains ; and there is 45 acres of the southern side of the section and 25 acres of the northern side already sold, and the whole section actually measures about 113 acres, thus the nominal quantity of 30 acres will measure about 43 acres, giving the purchaser the privilege of the excess. The portion now offered for sale is decidedly the best part of the section, having been reserved by the proprietor for his own use. It is beautifully selected for a House of Accommodation for the Wairarapa Traveller, for which purpose the present proprietor reserved it, being a nice easy stage either from Wellington, the Hutt, or Wairarapa, so soon as the new road, which is now in a very forward state, is completed. The land is of a very superior description, abounds with excellent timber, can be easily cleared, being thoroughly free from supple jacks and underwood. The Auctioneer feels it quite unnecessary to say more with respect to the land than to ask intending purchasers to avail themselves of a day's ride on the New Road to inspect the section and judge for themselves, feeling assured that the advantages are so palpable, they must strike the observation of the most superficial observer. The whole 30 acres will be sold in one lot, or in fire acre portions, as may be desired by the majority of intending purchasers. Wellington, March 27, 1847.
FOR SALE.
1 1 £\ HEIFERS, imported by James Dun, XXlf Esq., from Dr Imlay's celebrated herds, being the progeny of imported Durham The above are depasturing at Wairarapa, and part of them may be seen in the course of 14 days in Wellington. Apply to P. M. Hervet. Custom House Buildings, 31st March, 1847.
