Sydney Shipping.

The Soubahdar. — This vessel, -which arrived early yesterday morning from London, has made the best passage of the season, having completed it in 101 days. She made Cape Otvray on the 87th day from the Downs, since which she has met with very variable winds, or would have been here several days sooner. She is a new vessel, being now only on her second, voyage, and her accommodations throughout are .exceedingly good. She has spoken no vessels connected with these colonies on the passage out.
