SUPREME COURT Civil Sittings. Monday, March Bth, 1847.

Before Mr. Justice Chapman. E. S. Haiswell, Esq., v. Bicknell, This was an action to recover possession of premises on Thorndon flat, the property of Edmund Storr Haiswell, Esq., and for. the sum of £90 for mesne profits. Mr. Wakefield appeared for the plaintiff and stated that the case was undefended,, ho called R. S. Cheesman, who proved the demise to defendant and amount of rent due, when a verdict was given for plaintiff with £90 for mesne profits.
