Auckland Shipping. The Sir Robert Peel arrived at Auckland from Hobart Town January 4, with Lieut.-Col. Gold and the detachment of the 65th, 11th, 58th and 99th Regts. The Sam Slid arrived at Auckland from the Feegees January 5. The following vessels were at the Feegee Islands when the Sam Slick left there : The American Barque Samos, Archer, loading for Manila ; The Am. Barque Catherine, of Boston, Pratt, loading for China; the Am. Schooner Warwick, of Salem, Cheerer, loading for Singapore ; the British Schooner Ariel, from Tahiti ; the British Schooner Sir John Franklin, Wright, from Auckland ; the Am. Barque Zoliff, of Salem, Wallis, loading for Manila ; the British schooners Venut and Mary and the cutter Stranger were awaiting orders from their owners.
