IF JOHN HANCOCK (the Son of John Hancock, late of Her Majesty's Dockyard at Devonport, Esquire, and Deborah Just Hancock, his wife, both now deceased), who left England about the month of June, 1841, in the ship " Oriental," with his wife and one child, for New Plymouth, New Zealand, be now living, and will communicate with Mr. John Cree Hancock, of Devonport, aforesaid, Solicitor, he will hear of something to his advantage. Any person who will give any information relative to the above-named John Hancock, or his Family, to the said John Cree Hancock, Solicitor, will confer a favour on his surviving relations in England. Dated Devonport, July 10, 1846.

ANY Person or Persons purchasing Cattle or Sheep depasturing on Table Tsland, or better known by the name of the Island of Mana, in Cook's Strait, New Zealand; likewise cattle and sheep depasturing at Morraki, on the Middle Island ; or the produce from the same ; the principal part of the cattle branded JH : no sales or receipts after this notice will be valid, without my written authority.
