AT the Meeting of the Committee of the . Anniversary Fete, held at Barrett's Hotel, January Hth, 1847, it was resolved — "That the Rules and Regulations as regards weights, for the Hurdle and Hack Races be the same as in former years, viz., Catch Weights." THE HURDLE RACES.

Gentlemen Riders— Catch Weights— Heats twice round the course, over 7 leaps sft. 6in. in height. Three to start or no race. Entrance, £2 : 2. Prize;

HACK RACE. Catch Weights— Heats— Twice round the course. The winner of the Hurdle Race not allowed to start for this Race. Three to start or no race. Entrance, £1 : 1. Prize, Beaten Stakes for the Second Day.

Same conditions as the Fint Day, for both Hurdle and Hack Races. Entrance, Hurdle £1:1:0 Do., Hack 0:10 6 £2 0.

For 4 yr. old Colts and Fillies foaled in New Zealand — Heats— Twice round the course. Four to start or no race. Catch Weights. Entrance, £1 : 1. ( Entrance to be made with the Hon. H. Petre on the 18th January. " That there be a distance post." " That Mr. Jenkins be requested to prepare the course." SAILING AND ROWING MATCHES.
