NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that an Injunction was -on this 20th day of October, instant, granted by the Supreme Court, on the application of Mr. John Johnston, on behalf of himself and others, the Creditors of George Jones, of Wellington, Storekeeper, (who it is believed has left the colony) wheieby Daniel Sutherland and Thomas Waters, and all other persons whomsoever, are restrained from acHing, exposing to sale, or otherwise disposing r>f or interfering with the property, goods, debts, and effects of the said George Jones. Pitman, from England the 9th May, South America 15th June, Cape of Good Hope 4th August, and Mauritius 22nd August, arrived at Hobart Town 24th September. The mail per Trafalgar consists of 4517 letters and 12,330 newspapers..
