TENDERS. Secretary's Office, Wellington, 22d May, 1846. THE TENDERS for the construction of a portion of the new road to Porirua submitted in pursuance of a public notice, dated 28th April 1846, not having been accepted — It is hereby notified that Tenders will be received at this office until Friday, the sth June next, from persons desirous of contracting for the execution of that part of the intended road which extends from Bidmead's section, No. 2, of the Kinapora district, to Hobb's clearing in the same district, a distance of ninety-nine

chains. The plans and sections may be viewed at the office of Mr. T. H. Fitzgerald, on Lambton Quay, where forms for tendering may be obtained. The Tenders must be sealei and endorsed " Tenders for construction of a portion of Porirua Road." By command, S. E. Grimstone, Secretary.
