New Clipper Schooner for Sale.

Has received instructions to sell by Public Auction on WEDNESDAY the 29th current, at 12 o'clock, unless previously disposed of privately, THE Newly-built Schooner GYPSY, built by Mr. Mathieson at Wanganui, with Sails, Anchors, Cables, &c, complete, and abont 20 tons burthen. This vessel is well adapted for the coast trade, as well as suitable as a packet for the new settlement at Otakou; to be viewed off Custom House Wharf any day previous to the sale.
