It will be at the option of parties to tender for supplying any one or more of the articles named in the foregoing list, but it will be necessary for such parties to specify the length of time they will require for the completion of their engagements. Persons who, in pursuance of their engagements, may have furnished any of the abovementioned articles must prepare their own accounts according to a prescribed form, and will receive payment updn presentation thereof at the Ordnance Office at Auckland.
