December 1. — Cutter Wave, Morton, 10 ton«, from Ohau, with flax. December 5. — Schooner / don't know, 76 tons, Thompson, from Auckland. Dec. 5. — Schooner Ocean, 30 tons, Ferguson, from Poverty Bay, with New Zealand produce.

DEPARTURES. November 24. — Brig Bee, 134 tons, Unthank, for Sydney, with oil and timber. December 2. — Schooner FideU, 6 tons, Cemino, for Kapiri, with sundries. Dec. 4. — Schooner Fisherman, 10 tons, Thomj, for Poverty Bay, with sundries. December 5. — Brigantine Scotia, 68 tona, Ward, for New Plymouth. Same day. — American Ship Mount Vernon, 384 tons, Colman, for the whaling gtound.

The Nelson was advertised in the London papers for Auckland. The Royal George, from Port Phillip, was off Deal on the 30th June. The Hind from Sydney entered inwards in London on the Ist July. — Sydney Morn. Herald.

Sunken Rock off the Karori Stream near Terawiti. The bearings of the rock are as follow— Sunken rock bears S. E. by S. by compass from the Seal .Rock, about | of a mile, and taking the Seal Rock and the Reef pff Sinclair Head upon a parallel, it will be found about J a mile South of that line, and from 2 to 2J miles from the mam land. The rock is visible about three inches below water at neap tide only, and is apparently a perfect steeple. Alexander Unthank, Master of the brig Bet. [The rock called the Seal rock by Capt.
