SALE OF HUTT LAND.

MESSRS. BETHUNE & HUNTER are instructed to sell by Public Auction, at the Exchange, on TUESDAY the 16th December, at One o'clock, 40 acres of that very desirable and beautifully situated section, No. 168, valley fi!f the Hint. This land is but lightly timbered, has frontage on the River, and lies a very short distance from the road, and the soil is equal to any in the district. To be sold in five acre lots, or otherwise.

This superior lot of Sheep has been already described in advertisement for sale by private contract ; and for parties desirous of forming moderate stations, a similar opportunity is seldom to be met wjjh. Also,— A few head of .Cattle. Exchange, Wellington, sth December, 1845.

ON SALE, TWO splendid seyeu-oared WH ALEBO ATS, nearly new (built by Allen), with Oars, •Sails, &c, complete : Also, Harpoons, Lances, A-achors, and Gear, of every description, requisite footing put both boats for whaling.
