BETHUNE & HUNTER are instructed to sell by Public Auction, at the Exchange, on TUESDAY the 16th December, at One o'clock, 40 acres of that very desirable and beautifully situated section, No. 168, valley fi!f the Hint. This land is but lightly timbered, has frontage on the River, and lies a very short distance from the road, and the soil is equal to any in the district. To be sold in five acre lots, or otherwise.
