MILITARY CONTRACTS. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that sealed Tenders will be received by the undersigned until Monday, the 27th inst., at noon, for 1 the purpose of supplying theCommissariatDepartment with the undermentioned articles, for the use of such of H. M. Troops as may be stationed in the district of Wellington between the Ist November, 1845, and the 31st March, 1846 :— Bread, at per lb. ' Flour, at per lb. ! Firewood, at per 100 lbs. Dip Caudles, at per lb. j For Hospitals. Arrowroot, Sago, Rice, Tea, Sugar, Oatmeal, Salt, yellow Soap, Pearl Barley. Mixed Vege- \ tables, Potatoes, Fine Bread, at peril), Milk, at per pint, Port Wine, at per doz., Vinegar, at per Imperial gallon, Porter, at per doz. The quality of the articles, the mode of delivery, and the general conditions of the contracts will be the same as those published in the several num hers dftheNew Zealand Spectator newspaper for February-last.
