WOOL PACKS, CORN AND FLOUR BAGS. THE above articles, manufactured from New Zealand Flax, by Messrs. Clifford & Vavasour, may now be had, in any quantities, at the store of Mr. W. Lyon, corner of Willisstreet and Lambton Quay. From the great strength and lasting qualities of the material, the above will be found superior to those usually imported from England. April 19th, 1845.
THE Nelson Examiner and New Zealand Chronicle (published at Nelson,) is regularly transmitted to Wellington, and may be had at the Office of this paper. The Nelson Examiner will be found an excellent medium for advertisers. Terms for the paper, ten shillings per quarter payable in advance. Orders for the paper and advertisements wll be leceived at Mr. Lyon's store.

ABOUT 450 very Superior EWES, most of which have Lambs, or are about to lamb, — also, about 20 good RAMS. Many of these Sheep have been bred in the Colony, and all are thoroughly acclimated; they are now running within a few mile* of Town, where arrangements might be made for them to remain.
