BY virtue of a writ of execution against the Goods and Chattels of the above named Defendant, the Sheriff will cause to be sold, by Public Auction, on Tuesday nex*, the 14th instant, at one o'clock precisely, unless this execution be previously stayed, at the CustomHouse, Te-Aro, about 100 bushels of wheat more or less part being at the mill of Messrs. Molesworth & Ludlam, and part at that of Mr. Catchpool.
AU the interest of the said James Watt irt the Country Section, No. 29 on the plan of the Hutt district, and which is understood to be held for the remainder of a term of 21 years from the 25th day of December, 1841, at a peppercorn rent for the first 7 years, £50 for the ensuing 7, and £100 for the remainder of the term.
